QUALITY CONTROL
Quality control is part of the engineering and manufacturing development processes to ensure that the products designed and manufactured meet customer requirements or remain within predefined tolerances. Quality control is part of total quality management.
The role of the quality controller is crucial in ensuring product compliance and guaranteeing the quality delivered to the customer.
It has multiple missions: define and implement various procedures to ensure product quality, monitor raw materials, production resources, semi-finished products, and finished products, participate in improving manufacturing processes, production organization, and production equipment, etc.
Verify that the manufacturer has delivered a product that complies with current specifications.

The mechanical analysis and testing laboratory

Using calibrated equipment, we perform numerous mechanical tests:
Tensile stress and tear testing on machine ZWICK / Roell 100kN.
TREFAL conducts regular tensile tests on parts and test specimens in order to measure or test the strength of materials. To this end, the mechanical testing laboratory is equipped with a calibrated tensile testing machine capable of applying forces ranging from 0.5 to 100 kN.

Using calibrated equipment, we perform numerous mechanical tests:
